Week 8 group 6

Our group chose Wikipedia as our 2.0 web site. We believe that this site is the most site we use in and out of the class room. I know in high school the library would have the English class come in so they could tell you how to properly look up a source on Wikipedia to where we could assure the source was reliable and okay to use in our essays. Most of the things written on this site is from random people who don't really know anything on the topic while the others are people who actually work in that field of subject, which makes the source even more reliable.

Week five current event

Our group decided to choose the app Artikpix. This app teaches special nees childen to learn how to speak using flashcards. They have four kids playing this game at one time so it allows interaction with others with the same dissabilities as well. It not only uses flashcards to learn to speak better but also colors. I think this is a good source because it is very interactive and seems like it will help the special needs children tramendesly. https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/artikpix/id383022107?mt=8

Self introduction

My name is KayLee Taylor, soon to be KayLee Stewart.

I would say that my phone is my favorite technology gadget because if I didn't have my phone then I couldn't stay easily connected to family and friends all over the world. While doing a project whether online or in the classroom I like to have it done ahead of time to where if I find something I want to add or change, I still have the time to make it a little better. I would say I could bring determination and dedication to an online group.
